The highly anticipated premium Vivo X90 has finally launched in India. The company first announced its flagship smartphone series in 2022 and now it has finally arrived in India after a global launch. It comes with some impressive features and features.

Vivo X90

First, speaking of the base model, the vanilla X90 model sports a tall 6.78-inch AMOLED display with HDR10+ support, 120Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate and 2800×1260 resolution. Under the hood, it’s powered by MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 9200 SoC paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The new X90 is powered by a 4,810mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging.

For photography, the base model is equipped with a triple camera consisting of a 50-megapixel main sensor IMX866 with f/1.75 aperture and supporting OIS. Additionally, this sensor is paired with a 12-megapixel portrait camera with 2x optical zoom and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. On the other hand, there is a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front. Other key features include Android 13-based FunTouchOS custom skin right out of the box, Bluetooth 5.2, WiFi 6, aptX HD, stereo speakers, Hi-Res Audio.

I live X90 Pro

As for the top model, the Vivo X90 Pro is largely similar to the base X90, but with minor differences. Although the X90 Pro+ is the true flagship of the series, it’s still a China-exclusive model at the moment. This model also has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display but with a higher 2K resolution. It offers a 120Hz refresh rate, as well as a 300Hz touch sampling rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, and 2160Hz PWM. Under the hood, the smartphone is also powered by the Dimensity 9200 SoC paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It is powered by a slightly larger 4,870mAh battery that also supports 120W fast charging.

While most of the specs are similar to the vanilla variant, there are upgrades in the camera department. The premium phone also has a triple camera setup on the back, but the 50MP IMX866 primary sensor is paired with another 50MP portrait sensor that offers 2x optical zoom and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens. This model also has a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front. Other notable features include Bluetooth 5.2, WiFi 6, aptX HD support, stereo speakers, Hi-Res Audio, Android 13 OS, etc.

Pricing and Availability

The Vivo X90 starts at INR 59,999 for the base 8GB + 256GB variant. Although the 12GB RAM + 256GB version is priced at INR 63,999. The top model X90 Pro is priced at INR 84,999. Vivo offers fixed instant discount of INR 8,000 for HDFC credit card holders and EMI transactions in Pro variant and INR 5,500 on X90 basis.
