A user who bought the iPhone 14 Pro in December last year said that his battery was swollen and his screen was cracked, but the technical support service he contacted three times refused to replace the previously promised phone with a new one. One.
In other reports, users experiencing the battery swelling issue have reported that their smartphones were returned after being sent to Apple for replacement. The swelling has been removed, but no details about the battery have been shared. Apple is allegedly replacing blown batteries with new ones, and some reports suggest that the smartphone is “maintenance free”.
