Chinese company ZTE has officially introduced its new flagship smartphone Axon 40 Ultra. The main “feature” of the device was a huge screen without a bezel, cutouts or holes.
It uses a 6.8-inch OLED matrix with a resolution of Full HD + 2480 x 1116 pixels with an increased refresh rate of 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 1500 nits. The 16-megapixel front camera is hidden directly under the screen.
The model is based on the best Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. It provides 8, 12 or 16 GB of RAM and 256, 512 or 1024 GB of permanent storage. The ZTE Axon 40 Ultra received a triple main camera with two Sony IMX787 sensors and an OmniVision OV64B periscope module. They all have the same 64-megapixel resolution.
The 5000 mAh battery has a fast charging function with a capacity of 80 watts. The price of the smartphone is from 745 to 1085 dollars.
