American businessman Elon Musk described himself as a homeless man. In an interview with TED, the head of Tesla and SpaceX said he was sleeping with his friends.

According to Forbes, Musk is the richest man on the planet, his equity is estimated at $269.5 billion. The engineer himself claims that it is spent only on truly necessary amenities. “I don’t have a yacht, I don’t rest, so my personal consumption is low. The only exception is a personal plane, but without it I lose my working time,” he said.

Musk noted that he no longer even owns his own property and constantly visits his friends. The businessman sold his last mansion in early December 2021 and became officially homeless in May 2020 after pledging to lose all of his physical property.

A few weeks after the last home was sold, Maska was suspected of secretly looking for a new home. According to the Wall Street Journal’s report, the engineer was going to buy real estate next to the mansion of his friend Ken Howery, where he lived for about a year.
