Many studies to date have shown that social media negative impact on mental health As we prove this, the pressure on social media platforms to prevent this is mounting. University of Bath scientists say social media by reducing its use for a period of time showed that negative emotions such as depression and anxiety can disappear. The study began with the pre-study depression, anxiety, and well-being of 154 individuals, ages 18 to 72.

It is possible to feel good without completely abandoning social media:

The participants, whose current situation was recorded before participating in the study, average 8 hours they were spending. The participants were then asked to reduce their use of social media as much as possible for a week. After a week, the participants average 21 minutes shared their use of social media.

With the reduction in social media use for just one week, the participants reported lower levels of depression and anxiety. there has been a significant decline reported. The fact that cutting back on social media use, even for just one week, has produced such results has once again highlighted the importance of social media in our lives.
