According to the official specifications released by Kingston, the DC600M SSD comes in a 2.5-inch form factor. SATA 6.0Gb/s interface and 7 mm thick, which also allows it to be used in some laptops. SSDs use chips from Flash memory 3D NAND TLC (three-level cell) and is offered with 480 GB, 960 GB, 1.92 TB, 3.84 TB This 7.68 TB.
