Snowflake himself pioneered the idea of a data cloud as a sort of augmented and highly connected version of a data warehouse. Customers who store their data in Snowflake can easily manage it, use it for analysis, and share it internally according to consistent policies. It is also possible to pass it on to third parties or to correlate your own data with third-party data. According to Snowflake, this creates a data cloud. The data always remains central and is never copied.
Faster Deployment
The industry-oriented offering belongs to the same data cloud.
