“More than 20 new electronic services have been launched in Diya since the mass invasion began. The Ministry of Digitization is actively working on the same number of projects this year as well. Customs clearance of cars in Diya, Excise Duty, expansion of the functionality of Queues and Rescue and much more,” he said.

According to him, officials are also working on the establishment of a government center to eliminate repetitive tasks at the ministerial level. The HRMIS system, which will improve human resource management in government bodies, will also be developed.

“Digitalization will affect absolutely all areas. Our strategic goal is that the most important services for businesses and citizens are all digital. This will fundamentally change the quality of our institutions and eliminate the field of abuse. At the same time, it will allow to optimize the work of all authorities,” stressed Shmyhal.

He stressed that an effective digital state is one of the government’s ten priorities this year. In this regard, there are three main directions: the digitization of services for citizens and businesses, an efficient state apparatus operating according to modern models and approaches, as well as effective management of state property, which includes the continuation of privatization and corporate governance reform. .
