Israeli startup Verobotics has developed an artificially intelligent robot that cleans the windows of skyscrapers.
As reported by Ukrinform, The Jerusalem Post reports this.
Verbotics is the first company to offer robotic cleaning ten times faster than traditional human cleaning.
It was recorded that the robot climbed the planned floor of the skyscraper in a “spider-man” style, thanks to computer vision and artificial intelligence.
The device uses dry mechanical cleaning without the use of liquids and chemicals. It is attached to the building using an easily installed “smart” structure.
The robot also collects and analyzes visual data, enabling it to provide critical maintenance information such as detecting cracks, heat leaks and material deterioration.
“Together we have developed a plug-and-play system that is autonomous and not dependent on the infrastructure of buildings, and is easy to operate and transport compared to existing systems that weigh hundreds of kilograms,” said Ido Ganosar, the company’s representative. general manager.
As Ukrinform reports, the American company Thermetrics has developed a “breathing, sweating and vibrating” robot for use by researchers from Arizona State University (ASU).
