Ukraine is ahead of other countries when it comes to digital infrastructure.
Aushrine Armonaite, Lithuanian Minister of Economy and Innovation, said this at the international conference on Ukrainian reconstruction in London, Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“I am often asked how I can help. I must say that Ukraine is already far ahead of other countries when it comes to digital infrastructure, because Ukraine has invested in digitalization, new technologies,” he said.
He also gave an example that there is no problem especially in banking systems.
“Also, for example, sometimes there is no water, no electricity, but the internet works. And Ukraine can teach some Western countries, European countries how to protect digital infrastructure in the most difficult moment of war,” he said.
As reported by Ukrinform, an international conference on the reconstruction of Ukraine (Ukrainian Rescue Conference) is held in London from 21-22 June. The event is a continuation of the annual conferences on reforms in Ukraine, held since 2017.
