“We have implemented time limits to eliminate excessive data collection and manipulation of the system,” Musk said.
He added that verified accounts can read 6,000 posts per day, unverified accounts can read 600 posts per day, and new unverified accounts can read 300 posts per day.
As reported by Ukrinform, the popular social network Twitter suffered a global outage on Saturday afternoon, which was also felt by Ukrainian users.
Twitter will now also require users to have an account on the social network to view tweets.
