Significant interference in the Proximus mobile network

Proximus customers cannot call, text or use mobile data this morning. The telecom operator is working on a solution.

Reports about technical problems in the Proximus network are coming in from all over the country. Some customers cannot call, text or use mobile data. The problems may also affect customers of virtual operators who use the Proximus network to offer mobile services, including Mobile Vikings.

Proximus has now taken note of the disruptions and announces via Twitter and the website that a solution is being worked on. It is currently unclear what caused the outages. The telecom operator will continue to communicate throughout the day.
