It has been recently updated with new features and implementing more functions that are just as important as consulting your medical history. How to check your clinical history from your Android mobile phone?

In order to view your clinical history, the first thing you need to do is to download the ‘My Citizen Folder’ application (available for free on the Google Play Store) and install it on your phone. You will then need to identify yourself in order to enter: there are three methods allowed: Cl@ve, Permanent Cl@ve or by Electronic Certificate. Then there is the option to accelerate this process with biometric systems.

If you download the app now, you will already have it. function to refer to your current medical historyas well as other news such as receiving notification and communication from the Public Administration, your health education titles, your files in municipalities or local organizations, or sending documents to public administrations.

Once inside go to the ‘ tabmy folder‘ which you will find in the submenu of the app and then tap on ‘.Health and social affairs‘ and ‘ enterClinical history of the National Health System‘. The app will then request your ID again and give you two options: Permanent Cl@ve or Electronic Certificate. Be careful because the Cl@ve system no longer works for you.
