This week, Philips announced the launch of four smart TV models in the Brazilian market. TO The 6918, 7408, 7908 and 8808 series arrive in Brazil with various sizes and price options.to please the pockets of all types of customers. According to Philips, all models have Google TV OS (based on Android TV OS) and provide a high quality viewing experience.
The new Philips devices will be available in major retailers in Brazil from August. With models starting at 1399 reais, the company offers several options to please users. Below you can find the technical specifications of each model.
The 6918 series comes in 32″ (HD) and 43″ (Full HD) versions with HDR10 support for good quality brightness, colors and contrast. Smart TVs have Google Assistant built-in and are entering the market at a more affordable price: A 32″ version for 1399 BRL and 43″ for 1949 BRL..
The 7408 line is available in 43″, 50″, 55″, 65″, and 70″ screen sizes, with 4K UHD resolution, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. To top it off, the devices also support Dolby Atmos.
The 7908 series features the features of the 7408 series in 4K resolution as well as exclusive Ambilight technology. Philips says the Ambilight technology promises an immersive visual experience, with LEDs projecting colors in real time behind the TV. In addition, gamers will have access to high standards with VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) and ALLM (Low Latency Auto Mode) technologies providing accurate gaming experience with incredible colors in the environment.
The 8808 series – The One, the company’s new flagship, offers 4K UHD resolution with a native 120Hz refresh rate. Available in 55″, 65″ and 75″ sizes, the Smart TV also supports Ambilight technology. The device also has features found in other models such as Dolby Atmos, Google Assistant, VRR and ALLM.
As previously mentioned, the devices announced by Philips will be available at major retailers across Brazil starting in August. Offering options in different sizes and for every budget, Philips is launching a Smart TV in the Brazilian market that should appeal to different audiences.
