It was recorded that the Korea Pathfinder Lunar Orbiter (KPLO) probe was launched on August 4, 2022 with a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket and entered lunar orbit in December after a four-month journey.
The space probe, also known as DANURI, has been conducting its scientific mission in space ever since.
The images include the moon’s Reiner Gamma vortex, which has a local magnetic field. It is a bright spot in the Ocean Bur region, the largest lunar sea.
Other images show shadows inside Amundsen Crater near the moon’s south pole and a potential landing site for NASA’s Artemis 3 mission, which is scheduled to send astronauts to the moon in late 2025.
Another southern object recorded by DANURI is Drygalsky Crater.
As reported by Ukrinform, Indian Space Agency (ISRO) Released the first images of the moonIt was taken by the Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft, which entered lunar orbit on Saturday.
