A few weeks ago, Samsung released the first One UI 6.0 beta update for the Galaxy S23 series in three countries. Since the update is quite “buggy”, the company is expected to release a second beta update with critical fixes. Samsung has now announced that it plans to release the One UI 6.0 Beta 2 update when.
Responding to a bug report from a One UI 6.0 Beta user, the moderator of Samsung’s South Korea community forum said that the company has fixed the bugs and will release an improved version of One UI 6.0 in late August or early September. This is in line with fans’ expectations for the second One UI 6.0 beta update, which could arrive later this week. However, it is also possible that the update will be shifted to the first week of September 2023.
There are several bugs currently in One UI 6.0 beta, including issues such as the application bar showing empty spaces and users being unable to add widgets to the home screen in some cases. Battery life is also not as good as in One UI 5.1. The first beta of One UI 6.0 also has color palette issues and issues with a wallpaper changer interface that shows UI elements where they shouldn’t. Animations and transitions are also “wrong” in some places.
This is expected SAMSUNG will release the second One UI 6.0 beta update in the series Galaxy S23 In many additional countries, including China, India, Poland and the United Kingdom. These countries will receive the second One UI 6.0 beta update numbered One UI 6.0 Beta 1. Samsung may release at least four more betas before releasing the One UI 6.0 stable update in the third quarter of this year. Source
