Taiwanese company Chander Electronics has officially launched its mobile charging robot “E-HERO” to charge electric vehicles and provide emergency power.

This was reported by Taiwan English News, as reported by Ukrinform.

Chander Electronics said ‘E-HERO’ uses DC fast charging technology that can charge the battery to 80% capacity in just 30 minutes, compared to charging that usually takes 6-8 hours at conventional charging stations.

The mobile charging robot, which has a charging capacity of 140 kW, is capable of serving 8-10 electric vehicles per day.

It is stated that reducing the waiting time of electric car owners can significantly increase the circulation of parking spaces and optimize the profits of businesses.

In addition to vehicle charging capabilities, E-HERO can also function as a small smart energy storage system that serves as an emergency backup power source for communities and homes.

It can ensure the normal operation of various devices and equipment in case of power outage.

“Electric vehicle drivers will no longer worry about charging problems. Our goal is to provide comprehensive solutions for everyone,” said the chairman of Chander Electronics. Junron Tu.

As Ukrinform reports, the American startup Autev from Seattle has presented a small miniature robot for charging electric cars.
