The South Korean giant is working on the Galaxy A05S, a new cheap smartphone which will be placed directly in what we can consider low-end and which will succeed the Galaxy A04S, a terminal that has been available in Spain for some time and has a price between 119.99 and 135 euros.

I wanted to tell you the selling price of the current generation model, because it allows us to roughly locate the possible price of the Galaxy A05S a. Personally, I think it is most likely that this smartphone will be placed between 120 and 149 euros, depending on the possible versions that Samsung markets with different storage capacity and amount of RAM.

On the design level, the Galaxy A05S sees minor changes. The first difference that attracts attention is completely flat surface on the back, which no longer shows that slight curve on its edges, and we also see a pattern with vertical lines that gives this part a different texture. The configuration of three vertically arranged rear cameras is preserved, as well as the front one with somewhat pointed edges and a notch in the shape of a water drop, where the front camera is integrated.

The Galaxy A05S will be made of plastic, a light and durable material that has become the main choice for shaping budget smartphones, and will feature 6.6-inch PLS LCD display with HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. Its battery will have a capacity of 4,000 mAh and will support fast charging at 25 watts.

Rumors do not agree on the SoC that the Galaxy A05S could have, but considering that the Galaxy A04S comes with an Exynos 850, it is clear that we can expect a slightly better solution. Some rumors point directly to MediaTek Helio G85while others speak oa Snapdragon 680 4G. Both make sense, so we’ll just have to wait for Samsung to confirm it.

Basic RAM configuration should start from 4GBand that would be accompanied Storage capacity 64 GB. For those who need a higher configuration, Samsung would offer a version with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage capacity. In terms of cameras, the Galaxy A05S will repeat the triple-lens configuration, 50 MP, 2 MP macro and 2 MP depth sensor.
