LinkedIn will add AI features to core business processes, making it easier for recruiters to find job candidates and marketers to create advertising campaigns.

This was reported by Reuters, Ukrinform reported.

If previously in the LinkedIn database an employer searched for an employee using data filters, keywords and other search engine methods, now recruiters can ask the same question and the computer can ask the question in response. For example, he might ask the recruiter if he’s interested in qualified candidates from another city where the company has offices, or people whose job titles don’t exactly match but have similar skills.

LinkedIn is adding similar tools for sales professionals searching for leads, and it’s also introducing a tool that will use artificial intelligence to read a company’s website and create a marketing campaign for the business’s products and services that will then be published on LinkedIn.

LinkedIn has more than 950 million users, and the vast majority of them do not pay for services. LinkedIn only takes money from recruiters, marketers, and sales professionals.

The company, whose revenue exceeded $15 billion in the past 12 months, does not plan to charge extra for new features.

As reported by Ukrinform, the YouTube company announced the launch of a number of new functions for creators that will be based on artificial intelligence (AI).
