Newskill continues to add products to its catalog and, after updating the Kitsune range, another of its main chair ranges is entering its second generation playing games, The Takamikura V2, which – in addition to being visually attractive – looks like it will as comfortable as it is robust for long use. To complement the first impression, I would say that its selling price is the same as anything that comes from this Spanish company.
Newskill revised the design and structure of the original model improve robustness, comfort of use and ventilation. It also added a diamond pattern in the lumbar area to create a more padded feel and improve breathability.
Base, made of steel, has been renewed with a more modern design and with the fulcrum of the piston closer to the ground to improve stability. It is combined with six generously sized wheels and eight spokes made of nylon with a PU coating to achieve quieter movements and prevent scratching on the softest floors. The chair is certified for weight users up to 136 kg.
Another important point comes from the section on ergonomics, with a class 4 piston that allows height adjustment of up to 8 cm, a butterfly mechanism for the seat tilt and a backrest that increases the possibility of tilting up to 180 degrees in this version. Armrests are “4D” because they can be adjusted for height, depth, pitch and angle.
Another new feature of the Takamikura V2 is a novelty fabric treatment, which offers better breathability and comfort during use, which tends to be quite long when we get into the game. The manufacturing process has been improved by removing the talc to make the filling stronger and more durable.
The Takamikura V2 is now available in four variants based on black, combined with blue, grey, red or purple, and in light gray and pink versions. It comes with additional neck and lumbar pillows and its official retail price is 229.95 euros, very happy with what it offers. You can find more information and sales on the Newskill website, although it will also be distributed at major retailers.
From our side, we promise to offer you a thorough test of this chair playing games in near future.
