Xiaomi can add the necessary codes to the MIUI security program with MIUI 15 so that applications running in the background consume less data and power. So whether you’re using a global or Chinese ROM, you won’t run the risk of not receiving notifications or calls.

In previous versions of MIUI, we could solve the missing notification problem by forcing applications to run in the background.
