Xiaomi officially announced the new operating system HyperOSIt will replace MIUI as the user interface of its devices. HyperOS will be based on Android and will have a new architecture and a completely renewed design.

If you are wondering what HyperOS will be like, you can take a look at the first video showing the operating system in action. The video was posted on YouTube and is only 1 minute long; which allows you to appreciate some of the new features of HyperOS.

In fact, we can note that:

• new icon: The app’s icon features a minimalist and rotating aspet that is vibrant and gradient.
• New system application interface: The system application comes with a new interface, more political and modern, graphical elements and new settings with animations.
• New customization of the block screen: Block screen offers new customization options, such as the ability to change the background, font, time and notification.
• Nuovo Always on Display: l’Always On Display has a new design that shows time, data, battery and app icons along with incoming notifications. The user can choose from different styles and colors for the Always On Display.
• Nuovo Control Center: Control Center is completely released and can be reached with a single swipe from the top of the screen. Control Center shows quick settings, brightness, volume, and information about network and battery status.

This video is a standalone software for HyperOS and has done a lot for Xiaomi to create a smooth, intuitive and attractive operating system. No information has yet been provided about the functionality and potential of HyperOS when it will be officially released.

We accept that HyperOS will make its debut in the Xiaomi 14 series, which should be introduced at the end of October. The operating system will be available even on Xiaomi devices sold internationally and will gradually replace MIUI. Xiaomi started working on HyperOS in 2017 and described the launch as a “historic moment” for its company.
