He also assured that Israel warns civilians before an attack, asks them to evacuate places where it will attack and move to shelters.

Finally, he accused Hamas of blocking roads and using civilians as human shields. He claimed that the Islamic group was planning such attacks while Israel was acting as a “legitimate reaction.”

“When damage is caused to third parties, it is by mistake because it is part of war,” he concluded.
