Kamikaze ground robot developed in Ukraine Ratel SIt is capable of attacking enemy targets from a safe distance.

“Ratel S — Ground robot from Ukrainian developers. Fighters use it as a mobile warhead, or warhead, that carries anti-tank mines. An operator from a safe location can blow up an enemy tank or bunker,” said Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.

According to him, the new development has successfully passed field tests and has been put into mass production.

Ratel S It is a new modification of the previous version of the Ratel drone, differs in movement speed and operating distance. Both models were developed by the team of the Ukrainian company STOLB.

Technical specifications of Ratel S drone:

• maximum speed – 24 km/h;
• operating distance – 6 km;
• type — ground robotic platform;
• function – destruction of enemy equipment and personnel;
• The engine is a silent electric motor.
