According to the developers, the continuous operation time of the K40 MANTA is 10 days. Such a drone requires state-of-the-art control systems and L3Harris has the components and expertise to implement them.

Such technologies will increase the possibilities of autonomous operation and make the device fully autonomous. The new systems will enable remote control of the unmanned platform, enabling tasks such as engineering testing, film development, powertrain calibration and demonstration testing, paving the way for further improvements in later stages of development.
