In the latest issue of the newsletter Open Gurman addressed the lack of new iPads and AirPods during the holiday shopping season:
Apple may try to launch more new products, but the updated iPad and AirPods aren’t ready yet. The company plans to update the entire iPad series in 2024. We’ll also see new low-cost AirPods next year, followed by an updated Pro model in 2025.
2023 is expected to be the first year without a new iPad since Apple first introduced the iPad in 2010, so a refresh for all models next year seems likely.
