AOC presented two new products 4K gaming monitors. Two models with 27 and 32 inches, good features and moderate price for their features.

When choosing their monitors, the PC gaming market prioritizes features such as refresh rate, response time or support for synchronization technologies with graphics cards. We see this especially in the esports segment, where these specifications are valued more than the image quality of the panels or the native resolution. Additionally, resolutions above FHD require a much higher level of hardware to enjoy.

So 4K gaming monitors are not the majority, but they do have their market as they offer a plus in other sections. The new AOC follows this path with two models, U27G3X/BK and U32G2X/BKwhich focus more on the viewing experience with their 10-bit technology panels IPS and its native resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. It has a DCI-P3 color coverage of 96%, which is much higher than TN/VA models.

They offer the respective diagonals 27 and 32 inches, they support HDR10 and are certified for VESA DisplayHDR 400. Of course, they do not forget to offer good features for games (not extreme), such as refresh rates of 160 Hz and 144 Hz for both models. Both have a 1 millisecond response time and support NVIDIA G-SYNC and Adaptive-Sync. They can also be used with the latest generation of video game consoles, 4K at 120 Hz.

Both monitors have ergonomic supports which allow you to adjust the height, tilt, roll and swivel. They are equipped with two HDMI 2.1 inputs and two Display Ports. AOC provides functions such as G menu integration for parameter control, anti-blue light mode or shadow control for a comfortable and immersive experience.

The AOC GAMING U27G3X/BK will be available in November for £499, while the U32G3X/BK will be in stores this Christmas for £649.
