The Galaxy A15 5G is a new smartphone with which Samsung aims directly at what we can consider economic middle class, because its hardware configuration does not fit exactly into what we can normally describe as a low-end smartphone. At the design level, it maintains the classic line that we have already seen with the Galaxy A14 5G, and it is normal, because at the end of the day it appears as its generational successor.

Continuing with the design, we have a full screen front quite pronounced edges both at the bottom, on the sides and at the top we see a notch in the shape of a water drop, where the front camera is integrated. On the back we have a flat surface and three cameras arranged vertically. Based on the price and range, it’s clear that the Galaxy A15 5G will be made of plastic.

• 50 MP main camera, 5 MP secondary camera (wide angle) and 2 MP depth sensor.
• 13 MP front camera.
• 5000 mAh battery with 25 watt fast charging.
• Fingerprint reader on the side.
• Android 13 as a custom operating system with OneUI layer.

Price and release date

Samsung expects to launch the Galaxy A15 5G in the coming weeks which means we will have it for the Christmas market. Its starting price will be 149 dollars, which is the number that will become in Spain after the currency is converted and taxes are applied 164.56 euros in the basic configuration.

Please note that this price is a direct conversion and therefore may change slightly up and down in its final version. A version with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage should be floating around Approximately 200-220 euros.
