The Philips 49B2U5900CH is a new monitor from the Dutch group that promises the best efficiency in offices and when working at home, with top specifications and a focus on collaboration to facilitate productivity during the working day.

The new thing from Philips is big, very big, with a curved VA panel backlit by W-LEDs that reaches a diagonal 48 inches in an “ultra-wide” format with a 32:9 aspect ratio specifically designed to save us the need to use multi-monitor systems. Its strength comes from connectivity and this approach to collaboration with a 5-megapixel web camera for video conferencing and support for Windows Hello for security and authentication tasks. It also features Smart KVM features that improve the traditional built-in KVM switch for switching between sources, as users only need to press the “ctrl” key three times on the keyboard to switch between computers.
