In social networks, Kyivstar’s press service announced that they have involved all specialists in the fastest restoration of the full functioning of the Internet at home.

Some Ukrainians still do not have internet at home

Kyivstar reported that home internet service is currently down for about 2% of subscribers. And the largest number of these addresses is in Kiev.

The company added that once accurate forecasts are obtained, they will be immediately reported to Kyivstar’s official sources.

What to do if the internet does not work at home

• Try reconnecting the internet cable several times.
• In case of no internet connection, follow Kyivstar’s posts on Facebook.

Searches fully restored

Kyivstar added that searches have been fully resumed in the controlled territory of Ukraine and in roaming. However, if you are still having difficulty, you can try restarting the phone.

Also, the telecommunications company gives recommendations in case the SIM card is not registered on the network:

• reboot the phone;
• turn “airplane mode” on and off;
• select the network manually in phone settings.
