The social network also plans to continue investing in creators and content partnerships that attract new users and encourage advertising on the platform.
“We will be creating more original content and connecting more talent with some of the most interesting people at X,” the social network added.
The company plans to enhance its advertising offering with key components such as video, performance and brand safety, among other things.
CNBC notes that X’s payments subsidiary, X Payments LLC, has so far received money transfer licenses in only 14 states.
Peer-to-peer payments (P2P payments) are money transfers from one person to another person (as opposed to a merchant or institution).
As Ukrinform reports, the value of company X (formerly Twitter) is currently less than a third of what American billionaire Elon Musk pays.
