Under the operational support of the cyber police, suspicion of committing more than 3,700 crimes was declared against more than 1,700 people; this rate is 59% more. This figure is 83 percent higher than the similar figure in 2022.”

Over the past year, 18 international special operations were also carried out with the participation of law enforcement agencies from Georgia, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Israel, Norway, the Netherlands, France, Germany and the USA.

Within the scope of the operational support of the cyber police, indictments for the commission of more than 4,000 crimes were sent to the court.

Damages in the amount of almost UAH 144 million were compensated (taking into account seized and confiscated property).

Almost 13,000 hostile web resources were blocked.

Ukrainian police officers recorded 80,800 cases of fraud in 2023, according to Deputy Chief of the National Police Andrii Nebytov, Ukrinform reported.
