Apple today added the 14-inch MacBook Pro with M3 chip to its Certified Refurbished store in Canada and select European countries, including Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Availability began in the US earlier this month, the first since the laptop launched in October.

As always with refurbished Apple products, refurbished 14-inch MacBook Pro models are discounted by approximately 15% compared to new equivalent models. Various configurations and color options are available.

Apple says refurbished Macs go through an “extensive cleaning and inspection process” to ensure they’re fully functional and in good condition, are covered by Apple’s one-year limited warranty, and are eligible for extended AppleCare+ coverage. The laptops are repackaged in a plain white box with all accessories and manuals.

In our opinion, Apple’s refurbished Macs are virtually indistinguishable from brand new Macs, presenting a great opportunity to save money directly from Apple.
