Google’s Keep notes app will soon be updated with Gemini.

Keep, Google’s note-taking app, will soon get an AI upgrade. Google’s Gemini AI model will make it even easier for users to create notes and lists with the Help Me Create a List feature. Keep’s AI upgrade on Android must first pass a test phase. The effective rollout date is not yet known.

“Help me make a list”

Keep from Google is a practical application for creating and structuring notes and shopping or to-do lists. With the new AI update based on Gemini, Google wants to ensure that the list creation process requires minimal effort for the user.

It is not yet clear when the testing phase will begin. From then on, users will see a handy “Help me create a list” button in the bottom right corner of the app. When you click on it, a text box will appear where you can specify the type of list you’re looking for, for example, “What to take on vacation.” The more information you provide to Keep, the more specific your answer will be. If you are happy with the result, click the “Insert” button below and the generated list will be added to your to-do list.
