SPC CARE is a remote help application for basic mobile phones that the Spanish company just presented at MWC. Pioneering development that sets itself the goal to enhance the autonomy of our elders without compromising their safety and assuring family members that they will have a very interesting support and management tool.

Communication needs are obvious to everyone. Especially for the senior segment, which is becoming more and more numerous thanks to the extension of life expectancy. SPC, a Spanish consumer electronics company, has a specific product section for them and we have already analyzed some of them, such as the ZEUS 4G PRO. The point is that not everyone has the opportunity to use a smartphone, and this is where an affordable service comes into play.

The aim of this application is to provide a platform for families get along better with older people without having to invest in specific technology. Any member of the family, from a smartphone or tablet, will be able to control the main one phone settingsscreen brightness, font size or all device sound settings to select the tone and volume of calls, notifications, alarms or the keyboard, in addition to allowing you to configure the language or date and time of the device.

This remote control system also includes call settings, such as checking history or marking a missed call as seen; and SMS messages, such as selecting a message as read or deleting these records. Basic aspects for monitoring communication and checking that there is nothing unusual, avoiding fraud, as unknown numbers can be blacklisted.

Through this app, a family member or caregiver will be able to take care of them keep your device ready, check battery status; update the phone book, add or delete contacts; or manage the direct memories that the mobile phone contains.
