Corsair has introduced two new series of PC chassis, the 6500 and 2500, which feature a dual-chamber design, support for reverse connectors using state-of-the-art motherboards, and spectacular aesthetics including tempered glass panels that let you see inside.

If you’re one of those who set up and maintain your own desktop computers, you’ll already know about this the importance of a good tower as a base for building the rest of the components. Considering that this is a product that will last us many years, it is advisable not to skimp on quality, size and features. The new Corsair chassis meets these requirements.

corsair towers

The manufacturer offers two different series Depending on the size of the motherboard to be fitted, 6500 for the most powerful ATX or 2500 for the more compact micro ATX. In order to offer greater customization options, both come in two variants (depending on the panels) and in different color options, white, black or simulating wood tones.

One of the big news for these towers is the return of the Corsair dual camera. They are designs that look for “purity” in the design, placing certain components such as the power supply, radiators or storage units in the secondary chamber, leaving the main chamber without wiring and thus achieving maximum performance in the cooling section.

Another notable feature is support for reverse connectors. It is used by advanced motherboards such as the ASUS BTF and MSI Project Zero, and is a “hidden” connection behind the board. This design, especially in combination with the iCUE LINK ecosystem present in the new Corsair RX fans that the manufacturer also just introduced, greatly simplifies the assembly process and reduces the need for multiple types of cables and connectors.

The goal is the well-known one, in addition to improving the visual part by hiding the wiring and achieving the best air flow that prevents temperature problems. And with these towers, it’s easy to do because they can accommodate three radiators in different mounting locations.

They have front, side, roof and bottom panels, with clear tempered glass panels with which you can boast a configuration. The manufacturer wanted to make handling the towers easier with new single-turn Quikturn fan screws, removable front panels without tools or fabric loops designed for greater user comfort. These are the details that ultimately create a premium tower.
