The electric car will be available in two versions: ID.3 GTX and GTX Performance.
Both models feature a new lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 79 kW per hour. Volkswagen also claims that the electric hatchback can travel 600 km on a single charge.
The ID.3 GTX can charge up to 175kW per hour and charge the battery from 10% to 80% in approximately 26 minutes.
The total power of the ID.3 GTX is 282 horsepower and its torque is 402Nm. At the same time, the power of GTX Performance was increased to 322 hp.
While the base ID.3 GTX model can accelerate from zero to “hundreds” in exactly six seconds, the GTX Performance will do it just 0.4 seconds faster.
The maximum speed of the ID.3 GTX does not exceed 179 km per hour, and in GTX Performance this indicator is equal to 200 km per hour.
The driver will be able to choose between four driving modes: “Ecological”, “Comfort”, “Sport” or “Individual”.
The ID.3 GTX features a 32.8cm infotainment display that, among other features, now offers ChatGPT functionality as part of the built-in voice assistant IDA.
The cost of a copy and expected delivery dates are still unknown.
