The Foton pickup truck can now be purchased with an 8-speed automatic transmission for a more comfortable ride.

This truck will retain the Aucan 2000 cc turbodiesel engine producing 161 hp. and a torque of 390 Nm.

After presenting the latest generation of the Tunland G7 pickup truck in August 2023, Foton Corautos Andino is once again presenting an update for this truck. It will now have the option of a German-made ZF 8HP50 8-speed automatic transmission, which has some aesthetic and technological differences compared to the manual version.

Externally, it retains the same aesthetics, highlighting the hexagonal grille and projector-focus headlights with LED daytime running lights, as well as 18-inch wheels and running boards for easier entry. The most noticeable changes are found inside the pickup truck, where the handbrake is now electronic, the lever is werewolf ergonomic for use of the transmission and has paddle shifters for a sportier driving experience.

The truck also retains its 4×4 traction system, which can be connected to the bass from the inside using a rotary dial located on the center console, in addition to driving aids such as Traction Control (TCS), Descent Control (HDC), Assistant. Hill Start and a set of four-wheel ventilated disc brakes, among other things.

Additionally, this pickup truck will have three exterior color options (silver, white and grey). The truck is now available at 21 sales points throughout the country owned by Corautos Andino, Foton’s exclusive representative in Colombia. It comes with a warranty of three years or 100,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.
