Footage published by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine shows firefighters extinguishing a fire at an educational institution in the Ukrainian Black Sea port of Odessa.

The facilities were hit by a Russian missile, killing four people and injuring 28 others.

Regional Governor Oleg Kiper said that four of the wounded were in serious condition and needed urgent help.

The victims included two children and a pregnant woman.

Ukrainian Navy spokesman Dmitry Pletenchuk said the attack was carried out by an Iskander-M ballistic missile with a cluster warhead.

These missiles are more difficult to intercept.

The public television company Suspilnoye reported that the roof of the building, which was called the Law Academy, was almost destroyed.

Odessa has frequently come under attack from Russian missiles and drones, especially its port infrastructure.
