Starship’s fourth launch is expected to take place in about 2 weeks. The main purpose is to provide maximum heating when entering the atmosphere. Elon Musk
The billionaire added: “No one has ever managed to create a completely reusable heat shield. The shuttle needed more than 6 months of improvements.”
In another message, Elon Musk said that this year SpaceX will be able to launch more than 90 percent of all payloads into Earth orbit, with the company’s share rising to 99 percent after the company adjusts its Starship launches.
Elon Musk added that the company practically does not patent anything, so there is nothing to stop competitors from copying SpaceX’s solutions.
