Copilot Plus PCs with a Qualcomm Snapdragon X chip on board will be available starting June 18th. We list the 15 announced laptops for you.
Now that Microsoft has launched the PC with the official name Copilot Plus along with two new Surface devices, the gates are closed. All other PC manufacturers announced their PCs at the same time, all with the same Qualcomm Snapdragon X chip on board.
There are a total of 15 different laptops that will be available from June 18th. All major brands are on board.
Acer is only releasing one Copilot Plus compatible laptop. The Acer Swift 14 AI has a 14.5-inch screen (2,560 x 1,600 pixels, 120 Hz, IPS) with an optional touchscreen. The top version gets 32 GB of RAM on board and 1 TB of storage. The laptop weighs 1.36 kg and is barely 14.9 mm thin. Both the Snapdragon X Elite and Plus variants are configurable.
The Acer Swift 14 AI will be available from June 18th and has a recommended retail price of 1,499 euros including VAT. Only one color is available: silver.
Asus is testing the waters with a laptop. The Asus Vivobook S15 has a 15.6-inch OLED screen (3K, 120 Hz) and weighs 1.42 kg. Configurations are only possible with the Snapdragon X Elite chip. The top version has 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. At its thinnest point, the notebook measures 14.7 mm.
There is still no recommended retail price or availability date for Europe for the Asus Vivobook S15.
Specifically, it’s about these five devices:
We have already covered all the details about these laptops in a detailed article. The Dell XPS 13 will start at $1,299 and the Inspiron 14 Plus will start at $1,099. The devices will hit shelves “later this year.” Prices and availability for Europe are not available, but it is certain that the devices will come to us.
HP’s new naming coincides with the launch of two new devices: HP OmniBook X AI and HP EliteBook Ultra AI. Both get a blue AI logo at the bottom right of the keyboard to indicate they are Copilot Plus compatible.
Both new devices will feature the Snapdragon. Both will have a battery life of up to 22 hours when playing videos or up to 12 hours during Teams calls.
The HP OmniBook X AI is available in white or silver from 1,399 euros including VAT. The HP EliteBook Ultra AI is available from 1,849 euros including VAT. Both models will be available from June 18th.
The two laptops from Lenovo only get a Snapdragon. Otherwise, apart from a few enterprise functions in the ThinkPad version, both are almost identical. The devices have a 14.5-inch 3K OLED screen (1,000 nits peak, 90 Hz) and offer space for 64 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage in the top configuration.
The lightest of the two is the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x. At its thinnest point it measures just 12.9 mm and weighs 1.28 kg.
Both devices will be available from June 18th. The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x is available from 1,599 euros including VAT. The business Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 is available from 1,769 euros without VAT.
The party that started it all with the Copilot Plus PC label. Microsoft is launching two models: Microsoft Surface Pro 11 and Microsoft Surface Laptop 6. Both are available in four colors: blue, silver, gold and black.
With the Microsoft Surface Laptop 6 you can choose between two sizes: 13.8 inches or 15 inches. Only the smallest size can be equipped with the cheaper Qualcomm Snapdragon X Plus chip. Both screen sizes can be equipped with the theoretically faster Snapdragon X Elite chip. Maximum 16 GB RAM on the smallest model, up to 32 GB RAM on the 15-inch model.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 11 retains the same 13-inch screen as before, but you can now choose between LCD (IPS) with Snapdragon X Plus or OLED with Snapdragon X Elite. 16GB of RAM is included as standard. The OLED variant can provide you with up to 32 GB of RAM. The maximum storage is 1TB for each model.
Both devices will be available from June 18th. The Microsoft Surface Laptop 6 starts at 1,199 euros with the 13.8-inch screen and from 1,549 euros for the 15-inch version. The Microsoft Surface Pro starts at 1,199 euros for the LCD version. The OLED version is available from 1,799 euros. All prices mentioned include VAT.
One name, two variants: 14 inches and 16 inches. The smallest version weighs just 1.16 kg and measures 10.9 mm at its thinnest point. This makes it the thinnest and lightest Copilot Plus PC on the market when it launches on June 18th.
Both screen sizes feature a 16:10 3K OLED screen (500 nits peak, 120 Hz, touch). Only the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite chips are available to choose from. 16 GB of RAM is the only option, but you can still choose between 512 GB or 1 TB for storage.
It is unclear whether the Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Edge will come to us together with the Asus Vivobook S15. The launch within Europe will not take place until June 18th in France, Germany, Italy and Spain. Let’s wait and see whether the rollout will be expanded to other European countries in the future. Samsung doesn’t share prices.
