There was a failure in the work of monobank on July 19. Users cannot create a new bank, report 24 Channels.

Problems at work

Users complained about the impossibility of creating a bank – one of the main means for volunteers to accumulate the necessary amounts for the needs of our army.

The company’s founder wrote that there was a global IT failure worldwide related to the interaction of Crowdstrike antivirus and Windows.

Monobank confirmed problems with the operation of the mobile application.

They provided a list of services that were not working there:

• Opening/re-issuing of cards.
• Opening of deposits/banks.
• Making installments/purchases in installments.
• Timely crediting of international payments/transfers according to details
• Transactions at the bank’s cash registers.
• Generating a code for depositing funds.

Work continues to resolve the issues. There is no mention of a full service renewal period.

It was previously reported that Nova Poshta and Vodafone were experiencing disruptions. What caused the failure in Monobank is currently unknown, but we hope that the problem will be resolved.

One of Ukraine’s largest phone operators has crashed. Some features are reportedly unavailable. Users are complaining about calls and a number of other functions being unavailable.

Also the mobile app is not working. There is an announcement about technical work. As of 9:50 AM technical work is ongoing and some features are returning: some users can make calls.
