Xiaomi today introduced not only its latest smartphones but also the top version of its electric sedan SU7. Model is called SU7 Ultraand got the company’s best electric motor, the V8. Or rather, there are two such motors in the car.

Xiaomi SU7 Ultra It will be the world’s first electric car with a CATL Kirin II traction battery. It will feature an AP Racing braking system with 6-point calipers at the front and rear: stopping distance from a speed of 100 km/h is just 25 metres.
The creators of the prototype have worked extensively on aerodynamics. The improved diffuser and large anti-wing are not for the faint-hearted: the maximum downforce reaches 2145 kg, which exceeds the car’s own weight (1900 kg). The authors say that the body panels of the car are made entirely of carbon fiber.
