Fortinet has expanded its OT security platform with new features, devices and strategic partnerships.
Fortinet has added several new features to its OT security platform. For example, the security specialist is providing improved asset identification and network visualization within FortiOS, which benefits the security of OT networks.
Fortinet is also introducing new rugged switches specifically designed for industrial environments with high bandwidth requirements. In addition, the FortiSRA solution provides enhanced secure remote access for external parties, which is important for protecting critical OT systems.
In addition, AI-driven capabilities for security operations within OT are expanding. For example, FortiSOAR now offers an IT/OT overview dashboard and compliance playbooks, while FortiAnalyzer gains enhanced reporting capabilities for key regulatory compliance. FortiNDR for OT and FortiDeceptor-as-a-Service further strengthen security with advanced threat and network anomaly detection.
New collaborations
Fortinet is expanding its collaboration with strategic OT partners to help customers improve their cyber resilience. New integrations with Armis and Claroty within the Fortinet Open Ecosystem increase visibility of OT assets and simplify network operations. In addition, Fortinet is introducing a new OT practiceName in it Commission a preferred service partnerprogram. OT Channel Partners with this status receive the tools they need to design and implement the OT network infrastructure. At the bottom of the form
