The MINISFORUM 790S7 is a new computer from a Chinese manufacturer specializing in compact devices. This is a team in a small factor format SFF with seven liters of volume It’s not exactly small (like a Mini-PC), but it’s significantly smaller than traditional towers.
The basis of this equipment is the AMD Ryzen 9 7940HX processor, quite powerful for this type of computer. From the “Dragon Range” series, this is a development of ZEN 4 with 16 cores and 32 native processing threads, with a maximum frequency of 5.2 GHz and 64 MB of third-level cache.
For the graphics part, the MINISFORUM 790S7 is equipped with a dedicated graphics card NVIDIA RTX 4060. Its memory capacity increases to 64 GB of DDR5-5200 memory and 4 TB of storage capacity with PCIe 4.0 SSDs.
