Juno sends back some of the highest quality images of Jupiter ever

The US National Aeronautics and Space Administration has released new images of the largest planet in the solar system. These were made by the Juno probe during its 66th approach to Jupiter on October 23, 2024.

The Juno spacecraft, which has been operating in the Jupiter system since 2016, has captured some of the highest quality images of Jupiter and close-ups of the gas giant’s north pole.
