Microsoft has released a new preview build for Windows Insiders. 27764 is now available on Canary Channel and brings improvements to the Start menu, dynamic lighting, Narrator, and more.

This is very useful when navigating through long emails, news articles and wiki pages. Jump to Lists (L’) lets you quickly access a list on a web page or in a document. To try these new features, you first need to enable Narrator (Win + Ctrl + Enter), then activate scanning mode by pressing Caps Lock + Space, and finally use the new key combinations – “N” and “L”. Note that browsing mode is enabled by default on most web pages (e.g. news articles, wiki pages, etc.).
