NVIDIA, Asobo Studio and Focus Entertainment have confirmed that A Plague Tale Requiem, the second installment of one of the 2019 titles unveiled, will make a major technical leap thanks integration of ray tracing and DLSS.

As our regular readers know, ray tracing allows for highly realistic lighting, shadows, corrosive and reflective effects, while DLSS uses artificial intelligence to reconstruct the image and change the scale from lower to higher resolution, thus improving performance without noticeable loss of sharpness.

Possible requirements and release date of A Plague Tale Requiem

The requirements have not been met yet, but given the technical leap compared to the original, it is clear that it will be more difficult.
