US congressmen introduced a bill on the training of Ukrainian fighter pilots. This was stated in a press release by Congressman Adam Kinsinger. US Air Force veterans Republican Congressman Adam Kinzinger and Democratic Congressman Chrissy Hulahan have introduced a bill to train Ukrainian fighter pilots on American fighter planes.

While the bill allows the United States to begin training Ukrainian pilots and technical personnel on F-15s, F-16s and other air platforms, the United States continues to consider sending such weapons to Ukraine.
