Google has already released the beta of Android 13, but other manufacturers are in no hurry to join the search giant. However, Samsung is reportedly preparing to start open beta testing of Android 13 and now One UI 5.0 shell.

But that doesn’t mean testing will start soon. Samsung may begin the open beta phase of Android 13 and One UI 5.0 by July. This will give beta testers and companies ample time to hone new firmware for a full launch in late 2022 or early 2023.

Of course, no details yet. But it is worth noting that Samsung is now actively expanding support for its devices, so the new operating system and shell will demand a large number of smartphones and tablets. Owners of the flagship Galaxy S22 and the latest Galaxy Z models will likely be the first to try the new software.
